Job summary

CSL is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk/Donor Screening Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability through registration procedures and basic health checks.

All duties follow SOPs, including health history review, vital signs, finger-stick hematocrit and total protein testing, and data entry; cross-training and bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability through registration procedures.
• Assist with the screening process per SOPs, including health history review and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; conduct finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies when appropriate after training.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system and support center operations.
