Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Registrar to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration procedures to verify donor suitability. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and ensure all steps are completed per SOPs.

Responsibilities include assisting donors with screening, performing basic health checks, recording data, and answering questions while maintaining confidentiality and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service role (preferably medical/health provider).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration procedures per SOPs.
• Assist with donor screening, health history review, and basic health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
