Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking staff to greet donors and guide them through the screening process at the plasma collection center. You will verify donor suitability and confirm self-reported health history according to SOPs.

Role includes performing health screenings, recording results, and educating donors on the process and policies while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process.
• Conduct health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in SOPs.
• Answer donor questions and provide information about screening, donation processes and center policies.
