Job summary

CSL Plasma Center in Houston is seeking a courteous donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility and guide them through registration procedures. This entry-level role combines customer service with basic health screening tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.

You will assist with screening, collect simple measurements, reference SOPs, and help maintain clean, well-stocked facilities. Bilingual abilities and reliable attendance are a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Three months of clerical or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and assist with registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Educate new donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma after training, including screening process and policies.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center requirements.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff; maintain donor data in the electronic system.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and escalate any issues to staff.
