CSL is seeking a frontline Center Associate in Round Rock, TX to greet donors and conduct screening procedures ensuring donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You will support registration, basic questions, and safety protocols after training.

Role requires strong customer service, clerical skills, and ability to handle basic math. May involve bilingual responsibilities and cross-training within the center.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer-service role.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist donors through screening, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screenings: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick to obtain hematocrit and protein levels.
• Educate donors on the donation process, screening tests, appointment system, center policies, nutrition after training.
• Register donors and transfer donors as needed; answer calls and direct to staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system; maintain confidentiality.
