Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and assist with registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Conduct health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Ensure donor questions are answered accurately and transfer to medical staff when needed.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information system and keep center policies.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA policies and maintain confidentiality.
