Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through screening and registration procedures at the plasma donation center. After training, you may educate donors about test results, appointment systems, and center policies, while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ months of clerical or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare), and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and handling registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions, and refer to medical staff when appropriate.
• Conduct health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the screening process, healthcare tests, appointment systems, and center policies after appropriate training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in SOPs.
