Job summary

CSL Vifor Plasma Center is seeking an attentive front-desk associate to greet donors, confirm eligibility, and guide them through registration. You will perform screening steps per SOP, including health history review and basic medical questions, and coordinate with medical staff as needed.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, collecting a finger-stick sample, recording data accurately in the donor system, maintaining a clean work area, and answering donor questions with professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with registration and screening per SOP, including health history and medical questions.
• Perform health screening measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit.
• Educate donors on screening processes, center policies, and health information as trained.
• Register or transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer incoming calls or route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions and notify staff as required.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system and keep areas clean and stocked.
