Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors, verify suitability, and guide them through the screening and registration steps. You will perform health checks and enter data accurately while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Role requires strong customer service and clerical skills, with adherence to SOPs, HSE, and OSHA guidelines. On-site center-based position with potential cross-training across duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in a medical setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with registration and the screening process.
• Conduct health screening steps: BP, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Explain the donation process, fees, policies, and nutrition.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor donors for reactions and alert staff as needed.
