Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a front-line donor center staff member responsible for greeting donors, verifying eligibility, and guiding them through registration and screening procedures. The role includes assisting with health history reviews and basic medical questions, and performing essential health checks under SOPs.

As experience grows, staff may educate donors about plasma-derived products, handle donor data entry, answer inquiries, and support safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced center

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service position.
• Experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist in screening procedures, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screenings: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; collect hematocrit/protein samples.
