Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a frontline Screening Associate at our donor center. You will greet donors, guide them through registration, and perform health screenings to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

In compliance with SOPs, you will record donor data in the electronic system, answer questions, refer to medical staff when needed, and maintain safety, confidentiality, and center policies. Some roles may involve cross-training and bilingual duties to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Will perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with the screening process and health history.
• Record donor data in the electronic system and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and center policies.
• May be cross-trained and assist with other duties.
