Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, and support the screening process. You will assist with health histories, basic medical questions, and necessary tests while ensuring donor privacy and center compliance.

The role involves recording donor data, following SOPs, and maintaining a safe center environment. Training may cover educating donors on processes, policies, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in screening procedures and health history reviews.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system and maintain privacy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies; assist with other duties as needed.
