Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening steps. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and work in a fast-paced environment focused on donor safety and accurate data recording.

Responsibilities include assisting donors with the screening process, performing health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature), and conducting finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors in completing the screening process.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Conduct finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Educate new donors on the screening process and center policies as trained.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when appropriate.
