Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through screening and registration. You will perform health checks, collect basic data, and educate donors on the donation process and center policies.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy in records, and ability to follow SOPs. Training will be provided, with opportunities to learn about hyperimmune programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months in clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in medical or health provider setting preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and guide them through registration.
• Assist donors with the screening process per SOPs and medical questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic information system and monitor safety.
