Job summary

CSL in Temple, TX is seeking a front-line Donor Center Assistant to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening steps for plasma pheresis.

You will perform health checks, record data, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, efficient center under SOPs. The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work with diverse teams; bilingual abilities may be helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with the screening process and health history review.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic system and assist with daily center operations.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain clean work environment and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain donor confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other center functions as needed.
