Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors through screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Explain screening, health tests, appointment system, center policies, nutrition.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Cross-train for other areas and speak bilingual if required.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor for adverse reactions and alert staff as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of donor and center information.
