Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 3 months clerical or customer service experience in medical/health setting preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations required

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability
• Assist donors through screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic tests
• Educate donors on the screening process and center policies after training
• Register and transfer donors as needed and answer callers or route to staff
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system and protect confidentiality
