Job summary

CSL Vifor donor center position seeks a friendly screener/registrations associate to greet donors and verify their eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will guide donors through registration at the plasma collection center.

Under SOPs, you will assist with screening, perform basic health checks, and answer donor questions. You will record data accurately, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screening procedures including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Ensure confidentiality of donor information and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
