Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a front-line donor center associate to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. The role supports health checks, data entry, and donor education in a fast-paced center environment.

The successful candidate will perform finger sticks for hematocrit/total protein, maintain donor data accuracy, and assist with center operations while upholding safety policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health provider environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center.
• Register donors and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures and health history checks.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein tests.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic information system.
• Support center operations and respond to donor questions or concerns.
