Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a front-line Donor Center Screener to greet donors and guide them through the screening process at our plasma collection center in New Jersey. You will verify suitability, collect consent, and ensure accurate entry of donor information in our electronic system.

With training, you may educate donors about the donation process, health tests, appointment scheduling, and center policies, while delivering professional answers to questions and maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for the donation process.
Assist qualified donors in completing screening procedures and record data accurately in the donor information system.
Educate new donors on the screening process, health screening tests, appointment system, and center policies after appropriate training.
May assist in registering applicants and transferring donors as needed, and answer calls or transfer inquiries to the appropriate staff.
