Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Screener to greet donors and guide them through registration for plasma donation. You will verify eligibility and perform health screenings, including basic checks and finger sticks, while maintaining confidentiality.

You will document donor information, respond to inquiries, and assist with center operations in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with the screening process.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer calls and transfer questions to staff as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules and PPE requirements.
