Job summary

CSL Vifor in Clifton, NJ is seeking a donor center screener to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis, in accordance with SOPs. You will record donor data and assist with the screening process, answering questions and ensuring compliance.

The role includes performing health checks, taking vital signs, and assisting with donor education on center policies and nutrition. Bilingual skills may be required and cross-training across areas is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history, medical questions, and referrals to medical staff.
• Perform health screening such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick for hematocrit and total protein levels.
