Job summary

CSL Plasma Akron is seeking a front desk donor center receptionist to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma donation.

You will perform basic health checks, answer donor questions, and ensure accurate data entry while adhering to SOPs and safety policies.

This role may involve cross-training and bilingual capabilities, with a base pay in the stated hourly range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening procedures.
• Assist qualified donors in completing screening per SOPs, including health history review and basic health checks.
• Educate donors on donation process and center policies after training, explaining tests, fees, nutrition and other info.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies and procedures.
