Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors, conduct initial registrations, and assist with the screening process at our Palm Bay, FL center. You will perform basic health checks and collect samples, ensuring donor eligibility and compliance with SOPs.

The role includes educating donors on the donation process, policies, and center procedures, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the donor information system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service
• Will perform basic math calculations
• Bilingual skills may be required at organizational discretion

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify registration procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screenings: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; collect hematocrit sample.
• Educate donors about the donation process, tests, policies, and center procedures.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines
