Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors, conduct registrations, and verify suitability for plasma pheresis. The role includes assisting with screening, health history assessment, and basic health checks.

Training enables education of new donors on the screening process, appointment system, and center policies. You may register and transfer donors as needed, answer calls, and maintain donor data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in screening, including health history, medical questions, and referring to medical staff when appropriate.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
