Job summary

CSL is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented donor center assistant to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening. You will perform basic health checks, collect samples as required, and ensure donor data is accurately recorded in our electronic system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months of clerical or customer service experience. You will interact with donors and staff, answer inquiries, and help maintain a safe, efficient center

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures.
• Assist with screening and health checks per SOPs and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
