Job summary

The American Red Cross in Milwaukee area is seeking a motivated professional to support sponsor attraction, scheduling, and education across Milwaukee, Waukesha and surrounding counties. You will coordinate drive sign-ups, manage the 12-week cycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to reach monthly and quarterly goals while maintaining high-quality service.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, coordinating education programs, maintaining records, and utilizing organization tools

Qualifications

• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, and customer relationship management/maintenance techniques.
• Negotiation skills to implement programs effectively.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A current, valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the attraction, retention, and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups for existing blood drives.
• Support the 12-week drive management cycle and ensure sufficient drive sign-ups are attained.
• Collaborate on territory plans to achieve collection goals and identify new sponsors.
• Provide operational support to the blood drive coordinator to meet annual goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule education programs for sponsor contacts and volunteers to meet collection objectives and comply with directives.
• Maintain records to track sponsor group performance.
• Utilize tools and technology provided by the organization to enhance service and productivity.
• Own transportation for business purposes.
