The American Red Cross seeks a motivated professional to support sponsor recruitment, retention and scheduling for blood drives across diverse groups. You will educate stakeholders to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals and provide leadership to volunteers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with collections staff, scheduling education programs, and maintaining accurate sponsor performance records to ensure a positive donor experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills.
• Must provide own transportation; valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support the attraction, retention and scheduling of potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups.
• Provide education to stakeholders to maximize blood drive success and meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Provide development and leadership guidance to volunteers.
• Coordinate with collections personnel to ensure a positive sponsor and donor experience.
• Schedule education programs for Sponsor contacts, recruitment committees and volunteers.
• Maintain accurate records in the system for tracking sponsor group performance.
