Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers to achieve blood drive goals through on-site recruitment.
• Give presentations to sponsoring organizations and manage online scheduling.
• Lead and support volunteers, and maintain records in CRM and OLS.
• Schedule educational programs for sponsor contacts and volunteers.
• Utilize tools to improve customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Cover vacant territories as directed and provide own transportation.
