The American Red Cross in Indiana seeks a motivated blood drive coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing blood drive activities that support donor recruitment and collection goals. You will work on-site at drives, cover vacant territories, and provide operational support to program leaders.

You will lead volunteers, schedule educational programs, manage sponsor interactions, and ensure compliance with all regulations while traveling within the district.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of sales, customer engagement, and negotiation techniques preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned district.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Managers in achieving blood drive goals through activities such as on-site recruitment, presenting to sponsor organizations, managing online scheduling, and helping with recruitment meeting preparations.
• Maintain oversight and accurate record keeping in relationship management software and the Online Scheduling System (OLS) to track sponsor group performance.
• Provide organizational and operational support to blood program leaders to help achieve collection and annual goals.
• Schedule and deliver educational programs for sponsor contacts and volunteers to meet collection objectives and comply with regulations.
• Use organizational tools and strategies to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Cover vacant territories as directed.
• Provide own transportation for business purposes.
