Job summary

American Red Cross in Wisconsin is seeking a field role to support blood drives and sponsor relationships. You will assist account managers, schedule drives, and provide education to sponsor groups, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The position emphasizes team collaboration, on-site recruitment, and using organization tools to improve service delivery. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience, with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Skills: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance, negotiation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goals through drive management activities (on-site recruitment, presentations, scheduling, data entry).
• Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS to track sponsor group performance.
• Support blood drive coordinators to meet collection operation and annual goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers to meet objectives and comply with regulations.
• Utilize tools and strategies provided to enhance customer service, efficiency and productivity.
