Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors with donations, process items for resale, and promote our mission. The role supports the Donated Goods Retail department under the Production Manager, with emphasis on friendly donor interactions and accurate paperwork.

The position requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors professionally and promote Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assist donors with donations, unload items, issue receipts.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately.
• Support transportation tasks: loading/unloading, moving materials.
• Maintain clean donor and production areas and follow safety rules.
• Participate in events and support organizational programs.
