Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors and promote a positive brand experience at our Donated Goods Retail locations. You will help donors unload, issue receipts, and provide donation information while upholding safety standards.

The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate equipment safely. A forklift license is a valued credential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and responsible for equipment operation.
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill.
• Assists donors with donations and unloading from vehicles; issues receipts.
• Assists in loading/unloading trucks and distribution of materials.
• Maintains clean, safe production and donor areas and follows safety rules.
