Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GREAT donor care by greeting donors and ensuring they feel valued.
• Lead and coach Donor Specialists/Material Handlers to deliver a positive donor experience.
• Oversee daily donation intake and ensure safety and process standards are followed.
• Coordinate movement of donations from intake to backroom/production areas.
• Maintain clean, organized donation and backroom spaces.
• Operate material handling equipment when trained and certified, addressing unsafe conditions promptly.
