Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with operational duties.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing service, and thanking donors.
• Load, unload, and stage donated goods; operate material handling equipment as trained.
• Maintain safe, clean backroom areas and ensure organized workflows.
• Follow safety guidelines and support peak donation periods with efficiency.
