Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in Springfield to deliver an exceptional donor experience while safely receiving, handling, and moving donated merchandise through backroom operations, including the Donation Express Center.

You will engage donors, load and unload goods, operate material handling equipment, and support production and store replenishment while upholding safety and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming donor experience and assist donors at the donation site.
• Receive, handle, and move donated goods following safety guidelines.
• Load and unload trailers; operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and support production and replenishment.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
