Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors professionally and courteously to create a welcoming donation experience.
• Assist donors with unloading, directions, or questions to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Move, stage, and handle donated goods in backroom operations and donation areas.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom, staging, and trailer areas and follow safety guidelines.
