Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Team Lead to guide a small team, oversee donation flow, and ensure a positive donor experience. The role combines frontline donor interaction with backroom logistics and safety oversight.

The Lead will coach associates, reinforce standard work, and maintain organized workspaces to support efficient store operations and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to follow processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide GREAT donor care and coach staff to deliver a positive donor experience.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and prioritize tasks based on donor volume and needs.
• Coordinate movement of donations and oversee backroom operations and safety practices.
• Operate and train on material handling equipment as certified; ensure compliance with policies.
