Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in Franklin, VA to support donated goods operations.

You will deliver a GREAT donor experience, assist with unloading, and help move merchandise through backroom processes to keep store replenishment on track. You will operate material handling equipment, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized backroom while balancing donor service with productivity in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with backroom responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide excellent service.
• Receive donated goods and ensure safety guidelines.
• Load, unload, and stage donations and trailers.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained.
• Maintain clean, safe backroom and donation areas.
• Ensure accurate donor flow and support production needs.
