Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational standards consistently.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle donated goods and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GREAT donor experience with greeting, receipts, and appreciation.
• Receive, unload, and traffic donated goods per safety guidelines.
• Load/unload trailers and stage goods; operate pallets/jacks as trained.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and staging areas for daily workflow.
• Follow safety policies and participate in continuous safety improvements.
