Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, offering excellent service, and thanking donors.
• Assist donors with unloading and directions to ensure a safe, efficient donation experience.
• Move and stage donated goods, load/unload trailers per safety standards.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and staging areas to support daily workflow.
• Follow safety guidelines and lifting practices to ensure a safe workplace.
