Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in Mt. Juliet, TN.

You will support donated goods operations by delivering an exceptional donor experience while safely receiving, handling, and moving merchandise through backroom areas. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining safe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide excellent, safe donation experiences.
• Receive, unload, and move donated goods in backroom and DEC areas.
• Load/unload trailers and stage donations following safety standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained and authorized.
• Maintain organized, clean backroom and reporting of safety hazards.
