Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, and offering excellent service.
• Receive donated goods per established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Load, unload, and stage donated goods, including trailers and trucks.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as trained.
• Keep backroom areas organized, clean, and safe to support daily workflow.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a productive workplace.
