Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Team Lead to guide front-end and backroom staff, ensure excellent donor care, and uphold safe donation handling. You will coach teammates, oversee daily donation intake, coordinate movement of items, load and unload trucks, and keep workspaces organized and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Retail Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Guide front-end and backroom staff, ensure great donor care, and uphold safe donation handling.
• Coach teammates, supervise daily intake, coordinate movement of donations, load and unload trucks, keep spaces organized and safe.
• Support operations with compliance to safety standards and company guidelines, and promote teamwork and accountability.
