Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in Dickson, OK. You will support donated goods operations by safely receiving, handling, and moving donations, while delivering an exceptional donor experience.

You’ll manage donor flow, operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained, and help maintain a fast, accurate backroom workflow to back production and store replenishment, under store leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer‑facing roles preferred.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with operational responsibilities.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures consistently.
• Ability to lift and move donated goods as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing excellent service, and assisting as needed.
• Handle and move donated goods, load/unload trailers, and stage items for processing.
• Maintain safe, clean backroom areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Support a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
