Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Jackson, TN seeks a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate dedicated to delivering an excellent donor experience while safely receiving, handling, and moving donated merchandise through backroom operations.

You will load and unload donations, operate forklifts or pallet jacks as trained, and help maintain efficient workflow for production and store replenishment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GREAT donor experience by greeting donors and processing donations.
• Load, unload, and stage donated goods including trailers.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a safe, clean backroom and support daily workflow.
