Job summary

St. Francis de Sales School of Toledo, Ohio is seeking a part-time, 12-month Donor Database Assistant to support the Advancement Department.

The role focuses on data entry of constituents into Raiser's Edge, running queries, and creating standard reports used daily in advancement operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high accuracy, confidentiality, and strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry accuracy skills.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with donor database management systems (Raiser’s Edge preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must complete Diocese of Toledo Protecting Youth Requirements and FBI/BCI background check.

Responsibilities

• Enter donor data into Raiser's Edge accurately and securely.
• Run queries and create canned reports for the advancement office.
• Review and suggest improvements to gift processing workflow to save time.
