Job summary

Center on Halsted seeks a Development Services Associate to manage donor data, gift processing, and reporting for the Frontline Fundraising team. You will oversee Raiser's Edge NXT, DonorSearch, and GoFundMe Pro, ensure data security and accuracy, and support mass communications and stewardship efforts.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data governance expertise, and experience with wealth screening to build prospect pipelines for major gifts, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in development operations, database management, or advancement services.
• Demonstrated experience administering Raiser's Edge NXT or a comparable CRM; DonorSearch experience a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management; strong online research skills.
• Experience with wealth screening and prospect research tools; commitment to LGBTQ+ communities.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure, gift processing, reporting, and prospect research for Center on Halsted's frontline fundraising.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge NXT, DonorSearch, and GoFundMe Pro; ensure security and user management; train users.
