Job description

St. Francis de Sales School of Toledo, Ohio is accepting applications for the position of a part time 12 month donor database assistant working with the Advancement Department. St. Francis de Sales is a Roman Catholic, Salesian, grade 7-12 all-male college preparatory school, operated by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, serving over 650 students. The position will be responsible mainly for data entry of SFS constituents into Raisers Edge software program. This role will run queries as well as create a series of canned reports used on a regular basis in the day to day operations of the advancement office. The candidate will continually review and recommend any changes to the gift processing process and workflow to cut down on the time it takes to process gifts and acknowledge and steward the donors.

We are searching for a person who has excellent data entry accuracy skills while being consistent and using the utmost confidentiality due to the information that is being imputed. This position must have strong computer literacy skills with being proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite as well as with a donor database management system (Raiser’s Edge preferred). The applicant will have excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must have sensitivity to and acceptance of diverse cultures and individuals and must successfully complete the Diocese of Toledo Protecting Youth Requirements and an FBI/ BCI background check.
