Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of gift entry or related administrative work.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gift Entry: entering all donations into the Raiser's Edge database with complete and accurate gift information.
• Database Management: maintain donor information with accuracy and timeliness.
• Quality Control: perform regular checks on data quality and completeness.
• Reporting: generate reports on gift entry and fundraising metrics.
• Customer Service: respond to donor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Acknowledgement Process: prepare personalized donor acknowledgements accurately.
• Donor Communication: coordinate responses with the development team.
• Gift Information: ensure proper coding of gifts and related data.
• Data Management: keep records up-to-date for accessibility by the team.
• Reporting: track progress toward acknowledgement goals and improvements.
